1. Commissioning standard
 (1) The company will take charge of installation and commissioning of the equipment as per customer’s requirement, and will meet reasonable requests of the customer in respect of time frame, commissioning site and other requests.
 (2) The company guarantees that all machines installed and commissioned meet the terms stated in purchase order and all technical specifications.
 (3) Upon completion of on-site installation, the company will provide free training course to customer’s personnel.

2. Terms of Maintenance
 (1) One-year warranty and life-long service available;
 (2) Timely response to customer’s request, and routine customer interview;
 (3) To customer’s telephone request, we warrant that serviceman will respond within 24 hours and show up on site within 48 hours to serve.

 (1) The customer may call local service center of our company for warranty service and maintenance;
 (2) Marketing Center of our company is always available to answer customer’s question.

 (1) Our service center will dispatch technician to offer routine door-to-door service and collect user’s   information and comments, and all data will be filed at the company for further tracing.
 (2) The special personnel of company’s Marketing Center will take charge of collecting and processing user’s   information and providing consulting service, and all fundamental questions will be answered with great   patience.
